How do I access my EMail while away from home?
To send and receive EMail while away from home, find a computer with
a Internet connection and follow these steps:
1. Type mail.rtsmicro.com into the browser's address field.
2. Type your EMail address. For example James@mycompanyaddress.com .
3. Type your password (This is the same password you use when you download
your EMail).
4. Click Sign In. You are now in the Internet Mail server service.

How do I configure a SPAM message filter?
Filters help you organize your EMails quickly. If you receive large amounts
of EMail messages per day, instead of crowding the inbox with all the
messages, you can have filters set so that messages are distributed to
different folders. Its like having an assistant filing messages in their
appropriate boxes for you to review later. Outlook Express filters are
called Message Rules.
Setting Filters (Message Rules)
1. Click on the Tools menu, select Message Rules and Mail
2. The New Mail Rule dialog box appears.
3. Select a condition for your rule. The condition we are looking for
is Where the Subject line contains specific words. (The SPAM word is our
key word in this situation.)
4. Now Select the Actions for your rule. We will move it to the specified
folder.
5. We can now go to the Rule Description and click on the blue underlined
contains specific words. Type the word SPAM and click Add then click Ok.
6. We now want to go to the blue underlined specified folder word and
click on it. Click on the new folder button and type SPAM. select SPAM
from the folder list and click Ok.
7. You might want to rename the mail rule New Mail Rule #1 to a simpler
rule such as SPAM Filter Rule.
8. Click Ok and your done. |
